Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) provides real estate developers and property owners with an innovative tool to finance energy efficiencies, renewable energy projects and water conservation upgrades within existing buildings or new construction. CPACE works well with various forms of financing including traditional bank mortgage loans, historic tax credits, new markets tax credits and other tax abatement financing.

This webinar will feature Anne Hill, President of Rahill Capital, and Matt Belcher, CEO of the San Diego EB-5 Regional Center, as they review the benefits of C-PACE and how it can contribute to EB-5 projects.

The Immigrant Investor Program, also known as “EB-5,” was created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by immigrant investors by creating a new commercial enterprise or investing in a troubled business. There are 10,000 EB-5 immigrant visas available annually. In 1992 and regularly reauthorized since then, 3,000 EB-5 visas are also set aside for investors in Regional Centers designated by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth. San Diego EB-5 Regional Center and AlphaGamma, a business portal for young entrepreneurs, will discuss the ins-outs and benefits of the program for our international audiences. Join us!
